Two plans. Both include a custom site built for your business, and both include the monthly work that goes back to the customers who stopped coming in. There is no contract and no minimum term on either one.

Two ways to pay for the same work

The difference between them is the build fee and who owns the site while you are with us. Everything we do each month is identical.

  • You own your domain and your content, always. We own and run the site itself until you buy it.
  • Buy the site for $1,000 anytime, or $500 from your twelfth paid month. Either way it becomes yours and your rate drops to $149.
  • Everything in what every plan includes.
  • Cancel anytime. It ends at the end of the month you have already paid for, and the site comes down then.

What every plan includes

Hosting a website costs about twelve dollars a month. That is not what the monthly is for.

The work aimed at your customers

  • A monthly win-back campaign. Once a month we go through your customer list, find everyone who is overdue for a visit, and email them from your own business address with a reason to book. Then you get a one page report of who came back.
  • Automated review requests after a visit, so the people who already like you are the ones showing up in your reviews.
  • Google Business Profile upkeep — hours, services, photos, posts. This is what moves you in the map results when somebody searches nearby.

Email only. We do not send text-message campaigns to your customers, and we will not promise to.

The site and everything under it

  • A custom site built from the mockup we show you — not a template with your logo dropped in.
  • Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security and software updates, and uptime monitoring. We do the checks monthly instead of waiting for something to break.
  • Content updates up to an hour a month, plus a monthly check-in. New service, new prices, changed hours, new photos — send it over.
  • Your domain and your content are yours, on every plan, always.

The part people usually ask about

You see it before you pay for it

We design a mockup for your actual business before you owe us anything. If it is not right, walk away and owe nothing.

Your first payment is refundable

The deposit on Standard, or the first month on Managed, is fully refundable until your site is live and you have approved it. After you approve the live site it is not refundable.

There is no contract

No minimum term on any plan, and no early-termination fee. Standard cancels with 30 days' written notice, which is the window we use to hand over your files and move your domain. Managed cancels effective at the end of the month you have already paid for — that month is not refunded, the site stays live through it, and then it comes down.

Five business days to live

Your site goes live within five business days of your first payment clearing and your content being in our hands.

Already have a website?

We rebuild it properly on our stack and migrate your domain and your content. That work is included in setup, not billed on top.

Taxes and add-ons

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax. Anything outside the scope above — a booking-system migration, extra pages, photography — is quoted separately and never charged without your say-so.

Smaller and non-storefront businesses

If you work out of a van, a chair you rent, or your own home, the plans above are probably more than you need. We keep a smaller build for exactly that, and it is quoted case by case rather than listed here.
